Before inspection, my work was framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, essentially the hands-on side of buildings. That changes what I notice on a property, and what I can tell you about it.
It’s why I can explain not just what a defect is, but why it’s there and how serious it is. That context is what turns an inspection into something you can actually use.
